The food you eat on a date may be more than just chance according to a recent survey by Cornell University - “Dating and eating. Beliefs about dating foods among university students” In fact, the rule of thumb seems to be that foods are neat and easy-to-eat qualify as dating foods, while foods considered pungent or causing bad breath are not high on the list.
